Am I being charged now?
No. Preview is free, with no card or subscription, and every workspace is on Standard.
What counts as a page?
A PDF counts its pages. A spreadsheet or CSV counts one page per 100 rows, rounded up. Every file counts at least one page.
What happens if I go over the monthly pages?
Imports continue, and your plan shows the overage. We will tell you before that changes.
Why is a scanned PDF capped lower than a digital one?
Scanned pages require OCR. Digital PDFs and spreadsheets skip it, so they cost less to process and have higher limits.
How do I change plan?
Contact us. Plan changes are not self-serve during preview.
Do you charge per bank account?
No. Prices follow upload volume. Standard limits account count; Pro does not.
